We specialize in providing decentralized application development, code security audits, consulting services, and on-chain metric dashboards. We only offer services to validated and onboarded clients, and do not accept general public sign-ups.

Ghostwheel, Inc does not collect any personal information directly through our website. The information we collect is obtained during customer onboarding, which is conducted either face-to-face or via digital meetings.

This information may be displayed on our website solely for you to view and verify your account name and contact information to ensure its accuracy and for your own reference. Internally, we use your contact information to differentiate users and refer to our customers by their names, not through anonymized numbers. This information is never shared publicly or sold.

Internal Operations: We use your information to communicate with you, provide support through your dedicated account representative, and ensure the delivery of our services.
Contractor Access: Information may be shared with our contracted partners solely for identification purposes. Contractors will know your name, and we at Ghostwheel will refer to you by your name during service-related communications. No other personal information is shared.

We do not use tracking technologies or cookies to collect personal information from users. The only cookies we use are necessary to store login information and facilitate secure access to our website.

Cookies are used solely to authenticate users during login and are protected using industry-standard encryption methods.

We do not share any personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. The information collected during onboarding is used only for the delivery of our services and is only shared with trusted contractors where necessary for service fulfillment.

We prioritize the security of your information. We use the AES algorithm to encrypt data at rest. All data at the storage level is encrypted using AES-256 by default. AES is widely used because both AES-256 and AES-128 are recommended by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) for long-term storage use. Only authorized personnel have access to this data, and we are committed to ensuring that your information remains confidential and is only used as intended.

7. User Rights

Under GDPR and CCPA, users have specific rights regarding their personal information. These rights include:

Right to Access: You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, including details on how we use it and who we share it with.
Right to Rectification: You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You have the right to request that we delete your personal information from our systems. To do so, please contact your dedicated account representative in writing. We will fulfill such requests within 30 business days. Data will be retained for 30 days after a deletion request is received, after which it will be permanently deleted.

If your account representative is unavailable or unresponsive, public contact information is filed with the State of Florida and within the public record which can be used to reach us.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. If a deletion request is made, data will be retained for 30 days before being securely permanently deleted. If no deletion request is made, data may be stored until the company closes down, at which point it will be securely permanently deleted. In the event that the company is acquired, the acquiring company will assume responsibility for the data.

11. Acceptance of This Policy

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms and conditions.

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Ghostwheel, Inc ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our web-based platform, mobile application, or other services (collectively, the "Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Ghostwheel, Inc grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, single-use license to access and use the Software strictly in accordance with this Agreement. This license is provided for your use of Ghostwheel's services.

2. Usage Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
You may not modify, alter, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software.
You may not use the Software for any commercial purpose other than with the express written consent to you by Ghostwheel, Inc.
You may not distribute, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Software or the rights granted herein to any third party.

3. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Ghostwheel, Inc may terminate your license to use the Software at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you may request a report of your data within 30 days. If no request is made within that period, all data related to your account will be permanently deleted. If a data request is made, you will receive a report of the data we have in our systems, and all data will be deleted after 30 days. More information can be found in our Privacy Policy.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Ghostwheel, Inc does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the financial data, crypto market analytics, or other information presented through the Software. You acknowledge and agree that Ghostwheel, Inc is not providing financial or investment advice and that you bear all responsibility for any decisions you make based on the information provided.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghostwheel, Inc shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data arising out of or relating to your use or inability to use the Software, even if Ghostwheel, Inc has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Data Collection and Usage

The Software may collect certain data from you for the purposes of providing the services offered by Ghostwheel, Inc. All data collected is used strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Support and Maintenance

Support for the Software is available through your dedicated account representative. Maintenance and updates are handled internally by Ghostwheel, Inc and are included as part of the services provided.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. You agree that any disputes arising under or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration or mediation in accordance with applicable rules.

9. General Provisions

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Ghostwheel, Inc with respect to the use of the Software. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Ghostwheel, Inc's failure to enforce any right or provision in this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

10. Acceptance of This Agreement

By accessing or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement.
